Operation Smile's Book Sale

Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana team joined again forces with Operation Smile UAE and volunteered at the Big Book Sale held on Thursday, November 1st at Al Wahda Mall in Abu Dhabi. This volunteering action has been organized to support in raising much-needed funds to provide free corrective surgery for children around the globe born with cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities.

Towers Rotana welcomes youth delegation

Majestic Arjaan by Rotana Beach Clean-up

In partnership with the Muharraq Municipality on September 15th 2018, the hotel initiated a beach clean-up which included more than 25 colleagues and involved cleaning and preserving Al Sayh Beach in Busaiteen, ensuring the area's accessibility for future generations.

Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas organized a charity week during the month of Ramadan. Colleagues donated non-perishable food to over 400 contractors who have been continuously working for the past years to give shape to the property.

 World No Tobacco Day 2018 

In the occasion of the worldwide No Tobacco Day on 31th of May, Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana initiated an awareness campaign at Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club under the slogan “Tobacco breaks hearts!”. The participants were gym members and guests in-house of all ages who favourably contributed to the organized fitness challenge and were highly encouraged to “choose health not tobacco”. 

500 kg linen donated to Embassy of Philippines 

As part of Rotana's Sustainability program and the brand’s ongoing commitment to proactively engage with its local communities, Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana's colleagues rolled up their sleeves and pitched in 500 kgs of linen to the community. 

Towers Rotana displays acts of kindness this Ramadan

In celebration of the Holy Month, Towers Rotana led a series of activities in support of the Special Needs Future Development Center that included painting the centre’s new location and hosting a Ramadan iftar. 

Iftar Box Distribution to Dubai Taxi Drivers

In line with long-established tradition and celebrating the Holy Month of Ramadan, Villa Rotana embraced once more its social responsibility by sharing the blessing to all taxi drivers passing by the hotel. And it will continue in the next 10 days of Ramadan. 

Laughter yoga (Hasyayoga)

The Laughter Yoga workshop was held at Capital Centre Arjaan hotel, where guests and colleagues attended an interactive session hosted by Mr Lokesh Hegde, a yoga specialist from Burjeel Hospital. The workshop had active participation from the 37 attendees, who practised several yoga exercises, breathing techniques and laughter yoga methods. 

Earth Hour

On the 28th of March 2018, Rotana celebrated EARTH HOUR. Several Rotana hotels dimmed down lights or switched off non-essential power and lights for one hour to help raise awareness on climate change. Many hotels used a pedal-powered generator to light their lobbies.

 Amwaj Rotana supports ‘Clothes for Good’ initiative.

Amwaj Rotana team volunteered for a great cause organized by the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority, ‘Clothes for Good’. The team of colleagues assisted to remove logos, sort and fold recycled RTA uniforms that were donated to the less fortunate.

Park Rotana Supports Shwaiman Obstacle Race

Zumba Kids Show at Park Rotana

Park Rotana Abu Dhabi hosted the Generations 2018 Zumba Kids show which was held under the patronage of Shaikha Hamda bint Saeed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan.  Park Rotana Hosts PASS Abu Dhabi Elite Celebration

Park Rotana hosted the PASS Abu Dhabi Elite Celebration at the hotel's Grand Park Ballroom.
The event was attended by more than 300 kids and their parents. During the celebration, there were over 25 awards given for best coach, best player, most improved players and more. The awards were presented to different age groups as an appreciation for their hard work over the past year and for being a part of PASS Abu Dhabi.

Al Manshar Rotana partnered with Kuwait Food Bank

Al Manshar Rotana partnered with Kuwait Food Bank’s Ramadan box donation to the indigent families in Kuwait. A total of 150 basic food items were donated with an aim to providing those in need sufficient enough to cover each family’s need for approximate a week.
